    Pupil Progress-Tracking System

    description

Joining w3learn as a freelance consultant, I took ownership of an existing codebase and led the design and implementation of a real-time pupil progress tracking system. The project required quickly understanding the domain and roadmap to deliver value fast while maintaining long-term flexibility. Balancing rapid iteration with forward-compatible architecture was both a rewarding and technically engaging challenge.

    Real-Time Telemetry Pipeline

    description

At MAGNOTHERM, I joined as the first software engineer in a hardware-focused startup, taking on a wide range of responsibilities. My primary objective was to make the devices 'smart'—retrofitting them with cellular connectivity and enabling remote communication. I also designed and deployed a scalable real-time telemetry pipeline, taking it from early prototype to production-ready infrastructure. This work bridged embedded systems, connectivity, and cloud services in a fast-paced product environment.

    Single-Cell NB-IoT Localization

    description

This master's thesis, completed in collaboration with Deutsche Telekom IoT, was both a rewarding challenge and a major learning opportunity. Although communications engineering wasn't a primary focus of my studies, I was eager to dive deeper into the complexities of IoT connectivity. With excellent guidance, I was able to explore the domain of cellular networks and apply innovative approaches to single-cell positioning within an enterprise environment.
